No. Most of my students are sober at least from something (alcohol, work addiction, codependent relationships..) but I also have students who join my programs or work with me because they are interested in the deep healing work and radical transformation. Yes. Rocket Your Recovery is very different than AA. Some of my students do not want AA or its 12 steps, or they are in AA and love it but they want deeper healing. Rocket evolved with the latest neuroscience and trauma research and our main focus is on self empowerment, self expression and confidence. So we focus on thriving with an embodiment approach to evolving into the LEADER you are called to be.
The core of Rocket is 18 weeks of short videos, across 6 topic modules, with each week having 3 videos. So there are 54 videos total in the core of Rocket which average around 6 minutes per each video lesson. Plus there are guided audio experiences and bonus videos included to deepen the lessons.
You'll receive the entire course today and can do one video lesson per day, three per week as it was designed, binge watch, or savor your experience. A lot of the lessons contain exercises or techniques so outside of the videos you'll have practices to help you deepen and integrate what you're learning (and who you're becoming!).

Rocket Your Recovery is not designed to get people sober, it's designed to guide people into deeper emotional healing work including emotional sobriety while confidently moving forward in your purpose work. Our focus is on thriving. The techniques and practices inside Rocket are helpful to all humans because the core of what I teach is how to calm your inner world, align with your truth and live an empowered life. If you are struggling from active addiction you may need medical detox, rehab, therapy or another program to help you quit. We do cover a way out from cross addictions that may appear or be present after we quit drinking.
Most of us wonder this (or fear this!) as we embark on a new transformational adventure. It's normal to fear change or even not changing.
