Do I have to be sober to join?

No. A lot of my students are sober but I also have students who join my courses because they are interested in the deep healing work, radical transformation and to feel comfortable (and confident!) in their skin while pursuing their big dreams. What if I don't change?

What are the technical and specific details?

The core of Digital Anxiety Pill is a series of short videos and audios that span across five weeks (35 daily lessons). The weekly modules are; In The Moment, Mental Resilience, Long Term Relief, Reducing Stress and Emotional Resilience.

The core course contains 20 videos and 15 guided audio experiences. They're designed to be like a quick daily dose, or "digital anxiety pill," to help keep you calm and centered throughout your day while also rewiring your brain to be calmer long term.

You get the entire course today so you can go through at your own pace, binge watch or savor as you please. The corresponding "Digital Anxiety Pill Guidebook" is 17 pages long.

The bonus pre-work is a 3 video training series including, "The Neuroscience of Fear," "Overcoming Anxiety and Anxiety Attacks," and "Transforming Fear" which totals 37 minutes.
