It's been a pretty transformative journey with Kirsten. I think that the thing that I've gotten from working with Kirsten is, I've kind of adopted her unshakeable faith or unshakeable belief that you can recover if you believe you can recover. And the first step on any journey is taking a bit of a leap of faith and truly believing you will get better.
